UASPP processes minimal data to provide home cleaning organization. Most data can remain strictly local on your device. Optional account & sync features, if enabled, transmit data securely.
1. Data We Process
- Local (offline): rooms, tasks, schedules, checklists, notes, settings.
- Optional account & sync: email and hashed password; when sync is enabled, your data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest; minimal device metadata (app version, locale) for troubleshooting.
- Diagnostics: aggregated usage metrics and crash logs to improve stability; not sold to third parties.
2. Purposes & Legal Bases
Provide the service; optional sync (contract/consent); diagnostics and security (legitimate interests); legal compliance.
3. Sharing
Only with service providers under contract (hosting, analytics/crash, email). We comply with lawful requests when required.
4. International Transfers
When data leaves your region, we apply safeguards (e.g., SCCs) and encryption.
5. Retention
Local data stays on device until deleted. Synced content persists while your account is active; deleted within 30 days after account deletion; backups may persist up to 90 days.
6. Your Rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. In‑app tools: export CSV/JSON, reset data, delete account, disable sync.
7. Children
Not directed to children under 16; contact us to remove data if collected inadvertently.
8. Security
TLS in transit; encryption at rest for synced data; access controls. No method is 100% secure.
9. Third‑Party Services
Cloud hosting/storage, analytics/crash reporting, email delivery. See site for current list.
10. Changes
